Located in the Gulf of Georgia, just north of the American San Juan Islands, and in between Vancouver on the mainland and Sidney on Vancouver Island, lies the Canadian Gulf Islands and the Penders.
The Gulf Islands are accessible via BC Ferries from both Vancouver (Tsawwassen) and Sidney (Swartz Bay), air (float planes) and private and commercial boats. See the following links for more information.

Also note that reservations will probably be required during peak months between Tsawwassen and the Southern Gulf Islands.
